There's something wrong with the files.
Downloaded all from QiWi, and none of them had extensions.
I named them part1, 2, 3 and 4 .rar, but the 4th part is always corrupted.
I then downloaded part 1 and part 4 of google links, and then added 2 and 3 from QiWi and after a long time decompressing, part 4 gives error as being corrupted.
I'll try to download the other 2 files from google, but I think it will be the same.
Also, none of the files asks for password as they usually do.

i will check them, reason for the messed up extensions is the & symbol was used in the file names and not all hosts support it.
edit:
files are fine from google, however it is impossible to know what the file parts are using qiwi so i will remove it.
the files are indeed not passworded.

Installed Parts 1-4, parts 3 and 4 seem to only have 1 bin, and installation can't be completed with this error:

this should be in the game issues section but here goes, yes i can solve that, you have hit the windows character limit for folders, meaning the directory structure is to deep so windows cannot white the file or folder in question.
to solve it try installing to some were like c:\batman
this information was in the .nfo but i guess you didnt read the included one, seems the one on site has been deleted
