hello kaos krew i installed dead space 3 but when i reach 2.9% in the game's first mission , the whole game stops working !
help please!!!!!

I have the exact same problem.
Tried various fixes but nothing worked, can anyone help us with this?

If you need further info like specs and stuff feel free to ask, thanks in advance.

what part of the game does it stop at couse iv just played 30 mins of it and im already at 5.9% of the game with no crash or freeze or anything like that
it just seems strange how u can play the first 2.9% of game but not the rest if u can get to play that then your pc specs and setup should work fine for all of game play

My PC specs are not the problem i think, in fact the game runs smooth with all video settings up to the max.
The game crashes right after 10 minutes or so, when the character you use in the first part gets killed by his superior
or whoever that guy is and the screen start to flash with those green lines, that leads you to the new chapter i think.
The game crashes right there with the message "Dead Space has stopped working".

If it could help, i have another problem too: from the beginning of the game till when it crashes i can't hear any dialogue
between game characters. Every other sound plays just fine.

i have the same problem the game stops after the end of the first mission at 2.9% and there is no voice sounds all other sounds runs normaly

Did anyone find a fix to this problem?

i think i found a solution the crash is probabely due to the language of the game because the only language of the kaos release is english try to set game lang to english or download the appropriate language patch. for me now it works normaly
