Bioshock 2,failed audio install?

"The process cannot be used because it is being used by another process."
This is what i get right near the end of the Bioshock 2 install.
its seems to be on the "Verbs_6-10" file/folder,which i think is the last part of the "audio unpack and install".
Its driving me crazy,and I've tried numerous times ,like excluding from Eset6 scanning and keeping folder names short (d:games).
Is this a known problem?
P.S.. Could it poss. be related to my computer taking ownership (readonly)?
