as far as we know this is the latest fully working version, newer versions suffer from a bug, a trial/demo reel asking you to buy the game, and leaving alot of the missions unplayable.

And I know it says it contains all DLC, but does this contain like DLC like McShay Weapon Pack because, I have downloaded from fitgirl they claim to have all DLC but dosen't. Sorry for botherning
